Integrative Psychotherapy
for mind, body and spirit.
I see therapy as emotional digestion: taking a pause from life to feel what needs to be felt, to listen to what needs to stay, and to release what is no longer needed.
Integrative Psychotherapy means that my therapy services offer integration: of our selves, roles, traumas, identities, with our bodies, minds and spirits. I do this through the integration of modalities including EMDR, ACT, somatics and additional strategies as you individually may need.
Therapy, for me, is not just a professional service; it's a commitment to being present, consistent and reliable for my clients. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and see year after year that therapy changes lives. Together, we can delve into all aspects of your life, creating a space where you can be authentically yourself and live fully.
I’m down-to-earth and want to understand what’s important to you.
